✅ When We Accept Returns/Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, leaked, or defective

Unboxing video is mandatory: Please record a clear video while opening your sealed parcel. Claims without video proof cannot be processed.

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video + photos (product, packaging & courier slip)

Once verified, we’ll arrange a swift replacement


❌ When Returns/Exchanges Are Not Possible

If no unboxing video is provided at the time of claim

Minor dents or scratches to the outer box during shipping (the product inside remains unaffected)

Refunds & general exchanges are not available, except in the case of actual product damage as stated above.
